At Incluso Services a strong onboarding process for our staff is a vital component to ensure that every member of the Incluso Services team is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and understanding needed to provide exceptional support to participants.

This month our staff participated in an induction program, where team members had the opportunity to familiarise themselves with Incluso but also receive a comprehensive and engaging learning journey into the NDIS, specific disabilities and ensuring staff were upskilled in participant complex care needs.

Throughout the week, team members engaged in a series of training sessions designed to deepen their understanding of personal care, inclusive communication, manual handling, managing challenging behaviours and also staff wellbeing.

These sessions were facilitated by an Occupational Therapist who provided valuable insights into the experiences and challenges our staff may face which will enable the team to better support participants with respect and empathy.

The induction week serves as a foundation for success, setting the stage for Incluso Services to continue delivering exceptional support and services to participants.
